Who are Away4theNight.co.uk?

Away4theNight.co.uk is the only wedding accommodation specialist, with over 52,000 establishments, in the UK, Europe and South Africa. We have partnered with Country House Wedding Venues, Green and White Weddings and Active Hotels to help wedding couples and wedding guests find and book wedding accommodation near their attending venue. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive selection of overnight accommodation for friends and family who travel, sometimes a vast distance, to attend a wedding.

How to Book

You can book online using Away4theNight’s "book online" option which shows the latest prices and discounts, and up-to-the-minute availability so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need, up to 330 days in advance. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with your reference number, hotel’s details and directions.

For all the other accommodation listed below the wedding venues, please contact the establishment directly or send an email by completing the enquiry form with all your requirements. All your details will be emailed directly to the accommodation provider and they will be in touch with you shortly.

Payment

A third party secure encrypted payment server is used if you "book online" using Away4theNight.co.uk. This third party handles all online payments that are processed. All the other accommodation establishments listed on Away4theNight.co.uk have their own payment terms and conditions and as such Away4theNight.co.uk can accept no liability for any payment issues.

How to Cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page shown at the bottom of your confirmation email, if you "booked online" using Away4theNight.co.uk. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking, follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

If you need to change or cancel a booking with one of the accommodation establishments listed on Away4theNight.co.uk’s, please contact them directly. Please note that each accommodation establishment has their own terms and conditions for bookings, cancellations and amendments.

Privacy

Away4theNight.co.uk do not collect any user data when using the site. As such we do not supply anyone with specific data on who has been using the site.

Third Party Advertising

We use third party advertising through Active Hotels. These systems may deposit a cookie on the users system. Away4theNight.co.uk accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of any of our third party advertisers.

Cookies

This site uses cookies, as do most sites. A cookie is a text file containing information that is deposited on your hard drive. For example a cookie can be used to automatically remember your user name. Settings within your browser can be selected to disable cookies, however the Away4theNight site may not function correctly.

Online Booking Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit/debit card information very seriously. When "booking online", your credit/debit card information is sent via a certified secure server which encrypts all your personal and credit/debit card details so that your card details cannot be read as they travel over the internet.
